Fairly clean and luxury hotel with fab location near the church. Location just off a peaceful Port as well as all the beaches. Fantastically friendly staff from the cleaning ladies to the manager! Hot breakfast with a good egg station. Nice pool, parking nearby.

Our room was absolutely amazing, with a bed so comfortable that we slept like babies. The staff at the hotel were beyond wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the village with plenty of bars and restaurants. The food was delicious and we loved the cocktails made by the ever cheerful Angelo. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, perfect for making up the sleep lost from the church bells waking us up. the quality and commitment to guest comfort at this hotel was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again on a B&B basis.

The location of the hotel is marvellous, so close to car / taxi, the main restaurants and bars and quaint shops. The superior queen room is attractive, we also really enjoyed lovely views.

I always return to my favorite hotel in Sissi. The staff helped me with taxi tips on my first stay. This place has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, outdoor dining area. Perfect for a romantic escape.

Such a nice hotel and a very bad restaurant!!We aspected a gourmet food and we gat no taste food,no conections between portions,empty plates!- THE Chef must been changed!!

New-fashioned and huge rooms, the views across the garden were lovely. Loved the location, it was amazing and excellent not far from fantastic local restaurants, and a taverna. We didn't want to say goodbye and would have extended the stay.

The hotel's location was strategic to the city centre, making it easy for me to explore this city. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the cleanliness was top-notch. I enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had a nice variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to offer suggestions on places to visit and things to do.

We really enjoyed the kindness of all the employees as well as the care which they prepare the food (including breakfast), their promptness to solve any matters we could have and the feeling that we were welcomed in that place.

We did not like the two twin beds to form a queen size bed, once they could not be very well together. But, the bed was very comfortable anyway. Next time we are there, we will request a double bed in advance.

why on earth the animation sound system needs to be so loud the poor dancer seemed to vanidh with the terrible volume, it didnt fit the show at all, i dont get it why every show the sound is as loud as a stadium show

We had an amazing time at this boutique resort. Our room was spacious with a beautiful mountain view and a hot tub. It was cleaned impeccably every day. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially thanks to Head Chef Marios who went above and beyond to cater for our vegan diet. The wait staff were always friendly and the cocktails at the bar were delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. The pool area was great, with a stunning view of the nearby church. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. With a hire car, we were able to easily explore the sights in Eastern Crete. we couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience at the Castello Boutique Resort & Spa.

The hotel was in a peaceful port, and located close to the city center. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. The spa treatments were top quality, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The outdoor pool was spacious and surrounded by comfy sun-loungers. there was a jacuzzi in the bathroom and a cocktail bar on site that served great drinks.

The restaurant food quality was not at the level of fine dining as advertised.

Excellent hotel, professionally run... Very friendly staff, well trained to meet the special wants of their guests. Cincere thanks to all of them, they made our stay quite an experience!!! The hotel is really new and looks very fresh, spotless, with modern design that gets your mind free... The Callista Spa is worth visiting, with lots of treatments to chose from, all (I think) well priced... I didn't have the chance to visit the gourmet restaurant since I booked Bed & Breakfast, but other guest had to say the best words for the friendly and efficient service, plus the high quality and gourmet taste of the menu, the restaurant serves... All in all, a very good choice for those seeking relaxation, I would highly recommend it!!!

If weather was a bit better, we would had enjoyed our stay better.... Sissi, looks like it has past it's best times...

Incredible staff, lovely views across the garden, everything is good. Offers marvellous location in a very quiet area. It provides lovely restaurant nearby. The room is immaculate and big and with a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. The services are exceptional, including a great pool. Parking is nearby.
